6th Class headed for the hills on crisp winter's morning.
Hats and Hi Vis on the children of 6th class walked the almost 10km from their classroom to the top of Fossey and back.
We observed the signs of winter and took in the impressive views across the Timahoe landscape. The resounding highlight was being stuck in the mud- literally.
The children enjoyed comforting hot chocolate on their return before exchanging secret santa presents.
6th class are looking forward to wrapping up and enjoying more of the outdoors over the Christmas break.
