We celebrated St.Brigid by remembering all of the good things Brigid practiced. 6th class learned a prayer to St.Brigid and shared it with the junior classes.
We also made simple crosses to remind us to like like Brigid.
Brigid was known for her generosity, distributing food to the poor who came to her father’s house. “If I had all thy wealth,” she is said to have told him, “I would give it to the poor, for giving to the poor is giving to the Lord of the universe.”
