Junior Infants took on a very big STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) challenge : to work in pairs to build a house for the 3 little pigs, using straws, play dough, lollipop sticks and tape. It needed a roof and walls and to be able to stay standing even when we used a hairdryer to huff and puff and try to blow it down! Guess what? none of the houses blew down!!
