Our 5th and 6th class girls kicked off the Roinn 2 Cuman na mbunscoil league with an away game to Ballyadams NS on Friday 4th March.
The game finished in a draw with both teams scoring 6-8. The girls fought bravely to claw their way back from an 11 point deficit at half time. Super result in a tough group.
The girls will play Ballylinan at home next week with games against Abbeyleix, Gaelscoil Portlaoise & Scoil Bhríde all to come before the Easter break.
