6th class made some Blackberry Jam using local blackberries. We noted the berries on our hedgerows change from red to black. We were practicing procedural writing with in our Literacy so it was the perfect opportunity to follow a recipe in the kitchen.
The jam proved popular among students and staff. 🙂
